Government should never have let this happen
Some profit-oriented child care operators will undoubtedly be telling politicians that it is all working well except for minor incidents. These are not minor incidents. They damage children’s lives!!
“Care” is not about abuse! No matter what it costs, care of children must mean just what it says, Care! If government cared enough, this would not have happened. No child in care should be alone with any one adult – ever.
